Imagine… two unconventional therapists sharing lunch on a patio; both with visions of a fresh, new approach to counselling that was fun, filled with laughter and completely departed from the dry and condescending counselling culture typically experienced by people. From this one conversation in 2008, a new and exciting story began. Eterna Counselling has grown out of our desire and commitment to change the face of counselling where everyday people engage in purposeful and meaningful conversations; ultimately experiencing a transformation from a sense of hopelessness to one of assured anticipation for the future. 
Eterna Counselling Group receives positive feedback from clients for their supportive approach to weight loss. The coaching and educational services provided by the team, specifically Sarah, have led to successful weight loss for many. The atmosphere is described as warm and inviting.
