Children of Hope is a Christian, non-profit organization which aims to assist children in Mexican orphanages. Currently we are involved in four homes: Pan de Vida (Bread of Life) and Esperanza para Ti (Hope for You) in Queretaro, Dulce Refugio (Sweet Refuge) in Aguascalientes and Ancla de Amor (Anchor of Love)in Guaymas. We are also involved in one community center up in the mountains of Queretaro called the Casa Otomi (Otomi house).

cnib formed in 1918 and helped soldiers who were seriously injured after the first world war. From then cnib expanded and offered all kinds of support services to partially sighted and blind people. Vibrant Abbotsford began in 2006, when local citizens dedicated themselves to realizing a vision of Abbotsford that offers a high quality of life for all. Now, we are undertaking actions to make that vision a reality. To create conditions for reducing poverty in Abbotsford, we present low income residents with opportunities and tools to lift themselves out of their current realities instead of merely helping them to live with the reality of being poor. Poverty reduction is the action of moving people out of poverty situations, rather than making their lives in poverty more comfortable. As a collaborative group, Vibrant Abbotsford works with a variety of partners, including all levels of government, social and voluntary organizations, faith-based organizations, local businesses, funders, and the people of Abbotsford.
